CNN on its website reports on the deliberations of the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus: “the Virginia Legislative Black Caucus also declined to call for his ouster on Friday, saying they were “still processing what we have seen about the Governor” but labeled it “disgusting, reprehensible and offensive.” Just like the National Organization for Women who distinguished between Bill Clinton’s “disgusting PERSONAL behavior” and his performance as president. Sounds like the VA Black Caucus is doing the same, Northam wearing blackface or a KKK costume was just “disgusting PERSONAL behavior”.
