And why would a mule “jump down” on the other side in this day and age of ropes? Have you heard about ropes?
Haha so now you want the mule to carry a 50 pound backpack full of contraband PLUS a 35 long foot rope strong enough to not break? Reason he needs 35 fool rope because he has to tie it first on his side, then fling it over the 18 foot fence, then climb up with a ladder, then be athletic enough to begin the descent on the other side.
Naw...much easier to just walk across the border where there is no 18’ fence.
