But you see with that type of wall, no future politician will easily remove that. I’m sure they would try, but that is the type of wall that would stand the test of time.
I would be 100% behind a big beautiful solid wall 40’ high and 6’ wide made of concrete blocks. But until there is money appropriated for such a wall, I am OK about any steel fence which makes it MUCH MORE INCONVENIENT to cross the border illegally. Nothing is 100% proof barrier. Even bank vaults get broken into. I would be satisfied with a 95% effective barrier to BEGIN with.
