The Federal Government is not an employment agency
Throughout the holidays, too. That’s a break. Someone to watch the kids while mate is at work.
Big whinies didn’t miss a single check. Last paycheck was Dec. 28 and they got paid this week.
Or do they get paid twice a month? If so, the government could save a lot of money only paying once a month.
Yeah but then they had to go back to work. So their morale is now down.
We have several relatives who are government contractors. I can bring up several issues going on at once.
1. Those ordered to work without pay are mad, though they get back pay.
2. The government contractors on unpaid vacation are glad they didn’t work without pay but don’t get pay.
3. The unessential government workers getting back pay but didn’t have to work are hated by the first two groups.
