No, it is not illegal for a private, hard-shell liberal school to discriminate against a Christian school. But we are seeing it more and more as haters take control of the public square.
And, of course, we saw it recently in the U.S. Senate where a hide-bound radical attempted to impose a religious test on a judicial candidate. That was an unconstitutional, anti-American move that brings to mind the presidential oath requiring him to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
“Unsafe”, in that they cannot allow themselves or their sports teams to enter a building where one person works who is said to potentially have opinions that differ from theirs, even though she is unlikely to be in the building during he sporting events. They are psychotically desperate to pretend that they are victims, at all times and in as many ways as possible.
