I still haven’t heard a reason for this bill.
She just saw the word “abortion” and jumped on the bandwagon.
I think the “reason” for this bill, is to set up Virginia to have liberalized abortion laws, in the event that Roe Vs. Wade is ever overturned or significantly modified.
If any of us commoners make a mistake of that magnitude doing our jobs, we’d be fired with cause.
