I can point to the evidence he was guilty. There has been NO evidence made public that officer in question is guilty. For him to found guilty would require the testimony of all of the other officers. But, none of them have said so publicly.

You have in numerous posts to different posters made statements that would give a reasonable person the implication that you were an eye witness. Other that state that I believed that they planted evidence, I made no statement that suggested their guilt or not guilt. Last but not least, none of the posts made by you that I read did you implicate that you were a neutral observer, merely interested in ascertaining the facts. It is the Office of the District Attorney that you should direct your comments. They probably would be interested in them.

There was no evidence of heroin and claim was that they were heroin. The police screwed that part up, lied about having an informant and two were forced to retire. There was no cover up.

That is utterly irrelevant because the two losers decided to get into a shootout with police. They were too stupid not to resist arrest, live and clear their names.

Thank you for your clear, rational, and courteous response. From what I read, the police never claimed to have recovered heroin from the residence. They did claim to have recovered a small amount of marijuana [though they did not specify the amount a white powder, again, no description of said powder. I believe that allegations were made that a c.i. purchased heroin “in the vicinity” of the residence. I could be wrong on that because I am going from memory. But again, it could not be documented or independently substantiated. When I was affiliated with Law Enforcement in Florida, buys by under-covers were closely monitored and documented and buys by c.is. were even more closely monitored and documented.

It was when the officer's superiors began deconstructing their reports and after action reports that their case began falling apart.As far as who did what, the legal system can and will determine that. When it wishes, the System can be very efficient.
