I can point to the evidence he was guilty. There has been NO evidence made public that officer in question is guilty. For him to found guilty would require the testimony of all of the other officers. But, none of them have said so publicly.
I really couldn't give a damn if the officer is convicted or not. Nor do a care that the two losers that resisted arrest are dead, either.
