She's a dem female legislator. It's a bill about abortion. The dems needed female sponsors to move it ahead because optics, so she got told to put her name on it and she did without reading it. Because abortion = holy sacrament to feminists so how could it be bad?

"Oh wait, it's murdering babies in the delivery room? Whoa, we weren't supposed to go that far yet. Shoot, can I take my name off it?"

Either that or she heard the blowback her co-sponsor got and said "I don't need that, I'll say I didn't know what it said."

Either way, she's either a monster or a puppet that can be used to facilitate monsters. Pick your poison.
