No illegal entry is a misdemeanor, which is why the left pretends it is not illegal or a “real” crime. I think after the first offense it can be bumped up to a felony for repeat offenders.
I’ve seen, on FR, where Mexico takes a HARSH view towards those who enter ILLEGALLY from the North.
Makes me wonder how those caravans EVER made it into Mexico from the South?
