You apparently don’t live in fly-over-country.
It’s a different place.
Take it or leave it. Just letting you know where you're headed.
No skin off my teeth.
So, in other words, the South Dakota Legislature voted to NOT infringe our 2nd amendment rights.
Its a different place.
From Sioux Falls to St. Regis it is no damned place for a civilized man to live.
The DIMocRATS in 2019 are SO IGNORANT and/or just DISHONEST.
Trust anything that they claim at the peril of your LIBERTY.
Yours, TMN78247
Go wave a gun in a officers face. See how it goes. 2A is not their issue. He wont ask if youre the good guy.
That's a strawman argument, and has nothing to do with the topic of the thread.
Personally, I'm hoping the South Dakota governor signs the bill. It'll be good for America to have one more constitutional carry state.
Redwood71: “The only problem I see here is that South Dakota does not require applicants for a concealed weapons permit, which is going away, to undergo firearms safety training or demonstrate competence with a firearm.”
Me: Garbage. While advisable to get training, to make it a requirement is asking government’s permission to exercise a constitutional right. Screw that.

Redwood71: Hope this isnt used to blow up in the faces of second amendment privilege people.”
Me: Who are these “second amendment privilege people” you seem to hold in contempt? They sound pretty deplorable.
Had this for a long time in Alaska. Stats haven’t changed that much.
Goombah’s be more careful about who they try to rob...
You sir fail to understand the responsibility of carrying a weapon in public. Especially without understanding the gravity of using it. Good luck. Gosh I hope Im not kicked off of FR. PO
Oh? The state of Texas thinks I'm responsible enough with firearms that they granted me a license to carry.
But that's neither here nor there, as it's not the topic of this conversation.
Gosh I hope Im not kicked off of FR. PO
Yeah.... That would really be a crying shame. I'd so hate to see you go.
I wish every state in the union would
do this!
“I wish Texas would do this.”
I wish Oklahoma would do this.
Permit? Ha!!
Amen.
Lol.
same here.
I’ve never seen the sense in having
to pay a fee for my god given right
to defend myself. And for the opinion
of someone else, that I was competent
to do so.
Unfortunately it’s 100% true. Google it up.
Missouri is a Constitutional Carry State. I was in SD last fall and listened to candidate for Gov. Noem state she would sign Constitutional Carry legislation. Sure she will. Would hope other states move in that direction.
