Abrams to Deliver Dems’ State of the Union Response
The Atlanta Journal Constitution ^ | January 29, 2019 | Tamar Hallerman & Greg Bluestein

Stacey Abrams will deliver the Democratic response to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address next week, giving the former gubernatorial candidate one of the nation’s most prominent pulpits as she considers whether to run for U.S. Senate in 2020.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer told reporters he asked her to deliver the address, which will air shortly after Trump finishes his address to a joint session of Congress next week, because “she has led the charge for voting rights, which is at the root of just about everything else.”

The speech will be a pivotal moment for Abrams, who narrowly lost last year’s gubernatorial race to Republican Brian Kemp and refused to formally concede the race, citing his refusal to step down as the state’s top elections official.

She is a strong advocate for letting illegal immigrants vote.

I actually wished Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez would give the response. That would be entertaining.

Like, you know, like, I could totally agree with, you know, her doing that, right man?

She could tell everyone what it feels like to be inaugurated and stuff.

It appears the Demoncraps are doubling down on their Identity Politics. They think they can appeal to the women and the black vote through Abrams. Meanwhile, their open borders effort is letting in a culture that has men who like to smack around their women if they fail to obey. Now that is irrational.

I liked the drooling Kennedy kid standing in front of the Oldsmobile. Someone needs to post a picture of that. Also, they shouldn’t give out transcripts of the speech until right before the speech. Kind like the teachers did when we were in school. Hand a stack of papers to the kids in the front row, and say take one and pass the rest back.

Sore loser Stacey Abrams will be whining about her voters being "suppressed and disenfranchised."
She vowed to file a federal lawsuit over her loss. “It was not a free and fair election,” she said......

REALITY CHECK--- WALL STREET JOURNAL: Democracy Succeeds in Georgia
Despite loser Stacey Abrams' claims of voter suppression, the voting data in Georgia showed a record turnout.

By Wall Street Journal Editorial Board, Nov. 19, 2018

EXCERPT Republican Brian Kemp was declared Georgia’s Governor-elect, yet Democrats are trying to rob him of legitimacy by accusing him of stealing the election. The Democrats usual tricks---hoping to benefit politically by undermining faith in American democracy.

At the last tally on Sunday after election day, Kemp led Stacey Abrams by about 55,000 votes or 1.4 percentage points.
She finally acknowledged Mr. Kemp’s victory on Friday, though her non-concession concession makes crabby Hillary Clinton sound like a gracious loser.

--snip---rest at WSJ web site

As Georgia's Secy of State, Kemp actually OPENED the voting process to MORE people----Kemo's actions hugely benefited Stacey Abrams.
Abrams predictably tried to invoke the ugly spectre of Jim Crow, but Abrams would have lost by bigger margins were if not for Secy of State Brian Kemp's (now Gov) numerous pro-voting actions......including initiating online measures.

Which is why they are very, very, very scared of a wall keeping illegals out. So much that they call it “immoral”, having no clue what real morals are.

Previous Republican presidents usually gave the media a copy of their speeches before or just as they began delivering them. Trump is smart enough to know that is a losing strategy. Make them watch the speech, with clapping, interjections, etc. I hope he won’t change his usual method for next weeks SOTU speech.

Put them both together, an easy 30%-40% less turnout.

Their criminals likely won’t show up either.

End of the Democrats in most places except for maybe places like NY, CA, etc.

“There’s a buffet near the SOTU?”

Wow! This is a big deal and all. National stage to boot. I’m quite confident the local Golden Corral will allow her time off from her floor show gig. Yep... she performs juggling there. Seven plates at a time I’ve heard.

Could it be that deep down the Rats really want Trump to get re-elected?

Everything they’re doing seems to suggest this.
