Good in theory. Also the President is supposed to be able to fire insubordinate appointees in his adminstration but he got a special counsel from that. Dragging in the head of the FBI to answer questions about an investigation which is obviously 100% about Trump himself would just make deep staters and democrats shout "Obstruction! Intimidation!"

Two years without an attorney general; the exposure of multiple felonies over the course of last 10 years; continuing criminal behavior on the part of the FBI and DOJ and who gets indicted? Mike Flynn, George Papadopoulos, Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, Roger Stone, etc. - all on process crimes. Meanwhile, Hillary’s on vacation in Paris and planning her next run for president. That’s the truth. Also what’s with the non-functioning AG slot? All presidents have had very strong ties to a functional and aggressive AG who supports and prosecutes the president’s positions on all issues at all times. This guy’s got nothing but silence and a vacuum at the DOJ. And it looks like he has no idea what he’s missing. We are witnessing a national suicide the likes of which the world has never seen. I agree with you. My impression of Wray is that he's a Deep State loser. POTUS should take his complaints directly to him, IMHO.
