The family of Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann is going to sue the media.
And judging by what their new attorney said they could be starting with Ana Navarro.
It was Thursday when WCPO reported that the teen at the center of the scandal involving Native American and compulsive liar Nathan Phillips.

libel is the immediate thought that comes to mind; but I suppose Mr. Sandman is going to have to prove that the defendants acted with the specific purpose of harming him, as well as showing actual harm to him resulting from the act...
