I dont believe the service says it is on behalf of all mankind. Its simply one man expressing his faith. It curdles my blood to see them avoid talking about this. Its in fact censorship of Christianity. If a Hindu or Muslim would have done something in space, the whole world would be marveling at the sanctity of the event. Christianity does not have to go invisible, and essentially this is what they demanded of Aldrin. And as some Apollo 12 astronauts also left some porn on the moon then Aldrin should be able to claim equal freedom.

I suppose so. And please tell me, what guy would need porn on a short trip to the moon?
Good grief. A historic event like that and they couldn’t have a higher standard for a few days?
