Probably vying for who gets first bite when I fail to respond to their ‘reveille’ one morning.
I try to fake waking up but the head butts start...once nipping and licking starts it is time to get up....HA HA
Sounds like fun. I’ve five cats but they are feral and barn.
Two of them are quite tame and let me pet them and stroke them like house cats.
One will tolerate me touching if it is feeding, but generally shies away.
The other two are just plain wild and don’t even like to get with 8 feet of me even when they see me coming with food.
