I know he has three or four different options that are at his disposal hat are legal, some that are in statute already Listen if President Obama can send $1.8 billion to the Iranians, I can tell you, I didn’t appropriate that. Certainly finding a few billion dollars for border security on out southern borders is something this president can do legally and without a challenge Let’s look at 10 USC sections 274 and 284… It says that DOD can help protect our borders for those drug corridors, build fencing, build walls, provide lights… That’s in statute… The Supreme Court is on the executive branch’s side on this.

There’s the problem. Even with an executive order, the left will tie it up in court longer than this now one-term president has to even start the wall. It’s over, move on to another argument. Start looking at potential candidates that will further the conservative movement.

Not to mention the fact that the money he paid to Iran, wasn’t even rightfully their’s to begin with. The original sale made between the U.S. and Iran, and the money paid for the deal was completed during the Shah of Iran’s reign. In my opinion, since he had been overthrown by a revolution, the money in the hands of the U.S. government didn’t belong to the Ayatollah, mullahs, whatever. So Obama gave away money illegally, to a group of people who had no legal claim to that money. Since the money was never used to release the original 52 U.S. hostages held by Iran, why was it paid with interest to Iran for the release of 3 U.S. citizens?
thats a losing game, they are not playing by the rules, declare a national emergency, take the military and round up the traitors, tell the judges during the national emergency they are nothing and just do it..many will say, how is that constitutional, I no longer care, what constitution the one used to oppress me now..we win now or we lose forever in my opinion..
Thats why if Trump has anything ;like fisa etc show the cards so we can decide for ourselves the path forward..I am at the point of not believing either side, distractions until the end game it appears

There’s probably at least $10 billion in unobligated funds from fiscal year 2018 to vacuum up. I’d except there is a bunch still left from FY2017.

Sorry but I think the Deep State has infiltrated our military also. The indoctrination of our children in public schools and universities that have also entered the military may confound any patriots willing to actually defend our Constitution. I don’t know about you but I see it every day in the news, far too many of our elected officials thumb their nose at the Constitution and the oath they took to defend our country from enemies both foreign and domestic. We have them in Congress and the elected officials seated next to these pukes don’t do a darn thing. Change my mind!
I’ve been waiting and waiting for POTUS to declassify, show those cards. Don’t think there’s much substance there anymore otherwise it would have already been used as leverage.
