It's already been apparent for three weeks. Another three weeks of dragging this out won't help to draw the distinction any better.

Three weeks is BS. If you give the rats an inch, they’ll take a mile. They aren’t all of the sudden going to coalesce after the three weeks of “negotiation” and give him the wall money. If anything, Trump caving will embolden them even more to hold out again next time.
