President Trump is making an announcement now or in moments regarding the government shutdown and wall funding. Use your favorite link. Me, I'm using XM Radio.
He just laid out the “or else” scenario and it’s now in the hands of the democrats.
Sure, we might vote for Trump again, I don’t read anyone saying differently. The pearl clutchers need to realize that we have to speak up, to scream, to demand better of Trump and Republicans. Otherwise we deserve the outcome.
Trumps own words, (paraphrased): “Feb. 16 the government shuts down again unless congress agrees to a wall or I use the powers of the presidency to build it”.
The sickouts and walkouts and now FAA cancelling flights are a big deal when ordinary people are affected. Trump is POTUS, for good or bad, he’ll be blamed.
We all know, as does Pres Trump, that he lost to Pelosi.
He is trying to spin this the best he can, just like the Dems would do if it was them.
Why don't you like it when your side is trying to stay above water?

This is not simply just about allowing the congress-critters 3 weeks to pass a bill which includes wall funding. Delayed and/or cancelled flights are impacting “real” people now and give the Dems something to spin. With the shutdown over (for a little while), the Dems won’t have the sob-stories of poor, unpaid government employees and Frau Pelosi will have no excuse to keep our President from giving the SOTU. Let’s just see what happens within the next 3 weeks. I personally have faith that Trump is still working toward wall funding.

That’s it? Three weeks. POTUS agreed to open USG for three weeks and the soy-pissing from a variety of you enormous friggin pu$$ies is unbelievable.
People get paid. Full stop. Government closes again. Full stop. The man isn’t stupid. The wall has to get built. If Congress fails to do it, then I figure he’ll find a way. He’s not going to sign any other deal than three weeks. If he does, you can crap in your hands and fling all the poo you need to.
To put this into perspective, RONALD REAGAN made this mess. Amnesty and a promise, and they never delivered. It started with him.
So much soy. Put a quaalude under your tongues and go backpacking for three weeks and then see what’s what then.

Looks like Trump just set a February 15th deadline, then a state of emergency is declared.
POTUS may have taken a blow to the chin, however, the ConGross has to execute now...
