This explains why I can’t get rid of Yahoo News on my Galaxy5. It just keeps popping up again and again no matter how many times I delete it....it comes as “mail.”

My Galaxy 5 is a mess...has viruses from hell.......anyone know what to do about them?
We tried installing Norton Antivirus, but don’t have enough room because...I think...it’s so full of junk I don’t want.

All thoughts appreciated.

Get an Apple iPhone. . . No viruses.

Try getting rid of all apps that you don’t need and ONLY keep the ones that ou absolutely can’t live without. Remove all browsers and reinstall only one of them, to reduce the number of places that viruses and spamware can enter from.

At the worst, back up your important files and pictures, and reset your phone to its original settings; you might have to reinstall apps, but, only reinstall those that you absolutely can’t do without.
