I agree.
Trump needs to push back, and declare at LEAST 10 billion if he is calling an emergency.
Actually I think he should double what he is at, currently. So 5.6 x 2 = 11.2 billion.
he should be prepared to tell any judge they don’t have standing in emergencies.
