I think President Trump needs to get with bankers who will make temporary loans o those who are working and when they get paid back the money can repay the loans. That doesn’t help the furloughed workers, but it will help those who are working.

That’s what I thought the 5 billion was, a down payment. Isn’t the whole wall supposed to cost 25 billion.
The House passed a bill with funding prior to Christmas. The Senate didn’t act, they claim they needed 60 votes.
All the Senate had to do was pass something that said border security, hand it back to the House, the House could then pass the bill with one dollar less than the 5 billion. Then the Senate through budget reconciliation could settle for 4 billion minus two dollars (Nancy’s).
Down payment? It had better be $5.7 billion.
No to the H.. compromise with liberals means we get zero and we loose liberty and taxpayer cash. Stop backing down. They never once compromised during obama, the my got everything including a return to power. This is America’s last stand.

The republican Trump haters are going to be in for a rude awakening in 2024. I cant wait to vote 3rd party like I did in 2004, 2008, and 2012. My only regrets are wasting votes on Bush in 1992 and 2000. I’d vote for Dole again just because he showed up at the convention in 2016.Even if he didn’t vote for Trump, at least he showed up.
The best way for this to end is Trump declaring an emergency order and building the wall. The Dems will have to explain to their constituents how we ended up with the wall, and no DACA, no Dreamers, and a crackdown on sanctuary cities. Follow that up with an executive order banning Anchor babies and you have a 40 state landslide in 2020.
