Giuliani. Threats from the duo reached Cohen and his family as recently as this weekend, according to a statement from Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis.

How could he be Cohen’s attorney if he lost his license? He must have one.

Pardon me for asking WHY anyone, who has an IQ greater than an amoeba, would actually believe anything that the admitted liar, Cohen, and/or his mouthpiece says.

Re: “How could he be Cohen’s attorney if he lost his license?”

Cohen lost his license, not Lanny Davis.

Cohen pleaded guilty to at least one felony, which would result in an automatic suspension, and probably disbarment.

I threaten to take you to court. I threaten to sue you. I threaten to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. To threaten someone is not illegal in all circumstances. Just saying.

It depends.

There is a decision by the Supreme Court of California saying that when a lawyer wrote to a prominent entertainer and said, "you raped my client in Las Vegas and unless you pay her $10 million I am going to sue you, report you to the police, and tell the press," the lawyer was guilty of extortion.

Cohen has nothing and if he’s on public display the world will see it. He’s a lying criminal scumbag.

Better to have private testimony and leak a few morsels to the jour-no-list propaganda artists to blow smoke where there’s no fire.

I’ll also assume any “threat” was conveyed through a letter from Trump’s legal team.

I hope the Democratics investigate...LOL

If true, does that amount to witness tampering.

The media just can’t help themselves.

Say what, Wa Post writer? “As chief executive, the president overseas federal prosecutions...????

Are you sure about that? What happened to the Attorney General who oversees federal cases/prosecutions? Is he just “chopped liver” or “window dressing”?

Back to “Law 101” please.
