That Capitol Building, both Houses of Congress, and everything in it belongs to the American people, not her. And it will be open whenever we say it will.
I just called Pelosi’s Washington office and left the following message: “I’m not a constituent of Mrs. Pelosi’s but am an American taxpayer, and I’d like to remind her that the Capitol Building, both Houses of Congress, and everything in it, including her sorry ass, all belong to the American people...that she doesn’t own the building, and is only there on a temporary basis.”
That’s the right attitude. We the People own the Capitol Building. And by the grace of we voters, we all Congress critter to use these hallowed halls.
