Pelousy has lost her mind (what little mind she ever had, that is)
she’s nuts and needs to be removed from public office, she’s dangerous in her present condition

No, I like the address. Trump should talk to the nation with or without the house. I wish the requirements for the State of the Union were more specific and had less time for partisan grandstanding. Specifically, I'd like the SOTU address to discuss:

May I suggest the President (nice to capitalize that) declare a national state of emergency and arrest Nancy. And have her Baker acted. Why not?

Lincoln called a national state of emergency and arrested some House members and a governor IIRC.

Incoming!

Nancy can fund the government anytime she wants. All she has to do is drop her asinine temper tantrum.

In light of Pelosi’s attempt to bar the president from the building, this would appear to be one of those extraordinary occasions.

Trump needs to enter the building flanked by a contingent of armed Marines in Dress Blues.

Trump should point out the facts, that he was invited well before the “shutdown” and that her antics are wholly political.

He can give it in the Capitol Rotunda.

+1

Prior to his speech there should be a procession where he nails a copy of his speech to the doors of the HOR.

Hold the SOTU locally in DC. Convention Center, Kennedy Center (fun!) or the like. Invite everyone. Make it look to the cameras similar to the House chamber.

Keep an empty chair behind him for Nancy. Remind the audience repeatedly that she refuses to negotiate to open the government. Rally the country to flood the phone banks again. Offer a short term federal loan program to those on furloughed. Hit the new House members and find one or two moderates.

Call it SOTU (networks will have to cover it) and just blast them.

She should have let this one go. Every day the Democrats refuse to negotiate, the stronger Trump’s hand becomes.

It's interesting to watch how neutered the entire democrat party is now

How embarrassing it must be to have Nancy laying down all the rules for them

Trump should just have the report printed and downloadable.

Not this year, its too important to have the President outline the promises he made before, the achievements made to date, whats being worked on now, and the plans moving forward --- with 50 million viewers.

I mean after all, she was only put there by people in her district.

Who the hell else voted for her to head up the Democrats?

Piglosi's terrified at the thought of Pres Trump's huge audience hearing him explain why Democrats letting
murderers, rapists, drug dealers and welfare cheats flood into our unprotected country is a bad idea.

=========================================

CIRCA 2016 Pelosi in Mexico says Trump "is speaking to an insecure minority, who maybe lost their job and think
it's because of immigration, and trade. I think it's putting too much weight on all this. He only has one half of one half, 25%."

The 2016 delegation also included Democratic Reps. Norma Torres, Lucille Roybal-Allard, Pete Aguilar and Linda Sanchez (Calif.); Beto O'Rourke and Henry Cuellar (Texas); Ruben Gallego (Ariz.); Michelle Lujan Grisham (N.M.); and Republicans Michael Fitzpatrick (Pa.) and Richard Hanna (N.Y.).

SCHADENFREUD Beto sucked-up bigtime for latino votes....but still lost Texas.

Nancy will now go down in history...in a way that she will live to regret ... which, at 78 and with dementia setting in, won't be very long.

Now is time for McConnell to change the rules in the Senate to pass that budget bill by 51 votes.

I’m sure President Trump has a better idea, but it would be fun to see him give the SOTU from the Senate Chamber with a cardboard cutout of Pelosi in the background. It would also be fun to see him use Executive authority to compel her to attend in the House Chamber. So many good options for decent people, and so few for Pelosi and America’s globalist enemies.

Deliver it in the Senate. Make the House sit in the visitors Gallery. If they don’t fit TS.

The Constitution only says that the SOTU is to be given TO the Congress. It doesn’t say anything about where it is to take place, or how it is to be delivered.

The Rats are fine with putting modern interpretations on the Constitution, so they shouldn’t have cause to object if the SOTU is delivered via modern means such as TV.

Members of Congress are not required to be present for the SOTU, so they shouldn’t be required to watch the TV presentation. Many won’t.

Trump should deliver the address at a time and place of his choosing. And he should refuse to do it in the House chamber, regardless of what Pelousy says.
