Actually not. I knew a Marine who went to Ranger school. Also Marine sniper school. Transferred to the Army and became an Army Apache helicopter pilot, then did the pilot rescue missions. Helluva career.

Marines do have Rangers but the program didn’t start until the 80’s (I think 84 or 85).
