BTW, if anyone has the feeling — as I did — that you've heard Pelosi's voice somewhere before, check out any clips of Cloris Leachman on YT, you'll be amazed, and your memory will be jogged.

“Trump has to deliver on something regarding the wall, he based his 2016 campaign on border security.”
Border security is a large, important issue — but, it’s far from the only large, important issue that Trump campaigned on. Trump’s record of delivery is impressive.
It would be fair to say that border security was one of the top themes of his 2016 campaign; but not that the campaign was “based” on that.

The obvious question is: Why didn’t the republicans get it done when they had majorities in both houses? We all know the answer, but it makes it tough to make it all the democrats’ fault.

Theyre not giving one-cent. President Trump recently offered a deal to break the logjam. A three-year extension to DACA recipients, plus more protections to those with Temporary Protected Status in exchange for part of his border wall projected to cost around $5.7 billion. Democrats have rejected the deal outright. PDJT at SoTU address...
And all you Dreamers out there, consider that the democrats are selling you out for 0.1%, thats one tenth of one percent of just this year's budget.
0.1%, thats one tenth of one percent.

Actually, I saw a notice at my local market that the EBT crowd is getting their payments early due to the government shutdown. I kid you not.

Citing a Polutico story as poll evidence? Let me guess, its that rigged Pew poll?

Sooner or later there will be a six, seven, or eight week (or longer) month.
Then it will get dicey.

If I were Trump, I would turn the furloughs into permanent layoffs so the government employees could draw unemployment.
1. He gets to say they will get a check.
2. The check wont cost as much to the taxpayer.
3. Those jobs can be phased out.
4. The unemployment is generally for 12 months
5. It lights a fire under the Rats because the last thing they want is to reduce the number of union workers paying dues to Rat re-election campaigns.
Dont forget that those 800,000 federal employees are considered non-essential.

Make it easier - it is the uniparty’s fault

That’s the story with the idea being that no payments are coming in March.

The EBT cards won't go dead in February or even March. February's payments apparently have been ladled out early, and March will see $3 billion in contingency funds used to cover part of the normal payout of $4.7 billion. April, on the other hand, promises to be exciting if the partial government shutdown stretches on through that month. I'd suggest avoiding the inner cities altogether if you can. Eyes in the back of your head, carry concealed everywhere, etc.

Can you imagine this all out war going on with Paul Ryan as Speaker of the House?
I can’t.
The Democrat win was a total loss for the American people, now Trump can raise holy hell with the Dems.
