Democrats have been the party of slavery from the very beginning. They play the game a little differently these days, but it is essentially the same game.
I don’t know where you teach but I’m surprised the liberal students at your university haven’t rode you out on a rail. Intellectual honesty is very offensive to Leftists.
Yesterday at the local women’s march (TINY crowd), the news interviewed a 16 yo girl with a sign and she said, “If I see something wrong and do nothing, that’s my white privilege!” Already indoctrinated. She’ll be a real jewel in college.
