There might be no legal exposure on the basis of leaking classified or confidential information, but there would be for a civil suit for defamation. The fact that Trump is a public figure would not shield them from liability since they would knowingly be distributing false information designed to damage his reputation, and even lead to legal and/or political action such as impeachment. Whether Trump would file such a suit, or be able to find an impartial jury, is another matter.
