A federal judge on Thursday tentatively blamed poor maintenance of power lines and not human-caused climate change on Californias recent deadly wildfires.
U.S. District Judge William Alsup issued his ruling regarding the actions of the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) utility company in a case related to PG&Es response to the deadly 2010 San Bruno gas pipeline explosion that killed a number of people.
But scores of liberals in California and beyond have blamed human-caused climate change for the wildfires.

Prior to leaving office, Jerry Brown signed legislation that allows power companies (read PG&E) to charge customers for ‘forest management’ efforts. It is vague enough that any legal damages could charged right back to the consumers. Life is good when the dems got your back.
A judge with a brain. How novel.
Ooops. Poor SJW can’t have it both ways
That’s right. Climate Change don’t got deep pockets!
How about the illegal invaders and homeless living off the land
Yep - if they stick with the “official climate change” meme, they have nobody to sue into oblivion which will give them more opportunities to raise all sorts of new taxes...
But the homeless have no money. PG&E has deep pockets - until they don't, and then Californians will then realize their wish of living without the awful power company (and power).
This ruling has absolutely nothing to do with global warming.
“scores of liberals”
Inconsequentially diminutive. The left can’t even muster a few hundred?
