NEW YORK (AP) A Duke University team expects to have a product available for election year that will allow television networks to offer real-time fact checks onscreen when a politician makes a questionable claim during a speech or debate.
The mystery is whether any network will choose to use it.

Can you imagine the scroll on the T.V. when Democrat Candidates are speaking;)
Who checks the (false) fact checkers ..... when a democrat is speaking?
Most media “fact checks” that I have seen only rate whether a politician sticks to the narrative or not. They don’t actually check whether the politician is factual.
An example of this is when someone displays skepticism about anthropogenic climate change. They will be deemed as untruthful, when in reality, they are merely failing to promote the leftist agenda.
> LOL!, ain’t gonna happen. <
Oh, but it will happen. And it will slant Democrat.
Trump: 1+1=2.
Fact Checker: Lie! Because in base 2, 1+1=10.
Democrat candidate: The moon is made of green cheese.
Fact Checker: True! Because somewhere some moon might be made of green cheese.
They should have a voting system like on that one episode of ‘The Orville’
Can you imagine the scroll on the T.V. when Democrat Candidates are speaking;)
You wouldnt even be able to see them, the entire screen would be filled with words. Good.
Burgers a Mile High...
DING, DING, DING, IMPEACH!
All the Facts that comport with the Liberal World View!
Also, on a not related note. If we can have instant replay
on the football field, why not congress?
Luckily algore invented the internet;)
LOL. The problem with “fact checking” is no one is checking the “fact checkers”. They’re all crooks and liars.
DING, DING, DING, IMPEACH!
A hamburger is 2" thick. President Trump clearly was talking about hamberders which are about 5' tall.
I predicted this would happen. With AI technology, anything that is said will go into interpretation and fact check software.
Fact check: 300 2 inch hamburgers equals 50 feet when stacked (not giving to effect of crushing).
It will be easy to fool it and show how stupid and biased it is. He can point out in advance that the Dem meme is that "immigrants" don't commit more crime than other groups before he emphasizes illegal. Then state some facts like these https://cis.org/Report/Immigration-and-Crime then wait for the "Real time fact check", then point out that it refers to all immigrants, not illegal.
Or he could simply change terminology like saying that large phyiscal obstacls actually do stop most people trying to cross Illegally from our neighbor to the south into Texas, NM, Arizona and California. Then the real time fact checker won't hear "wall" or "Mexico" and won't spit out any meme.
