It is known that the black *farmers* who took over the White farms worked the land until the machinery broke down...couldn’t fix the equipment, then ate the next crop seeds when they got hungry. Hardly a farm business plan.

Also for a very brief time, former Zimbabwe Rhodesia - where some blacks wanted a bi-racial country but were booted out after elections put Mugabe in power. The role of blacks serving in the Rhodesian armed forces is totally glossed over today; some were working towards a power-sharing government, and helping the whites fight against Mugabe’s ilk.
A warning to Americans today: Rhodesians lost their country without ever losing a battle. One of the dozen Americans killed as part of the Crippled Eagles was from my town here in NJ.
