Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham said Wednesday that he is concerned President Donald Trump's statements about Syria have emboldened ISIS and called on the President to rethink his decision to withdraw US troops from the country after the terror group claimed responsibility for a deadly explosion that killed US service members in the city of Manbij.
Graham, who was a harsh critic of Trump's plans to bring home US troops from Syria when the decision was announced last month, interrupted the confirmation hearing for Attorney General nominee William Barr to weigh in on the attack.
"My concern, by the statements made by President Trump, is that you set in motion enthusiasm by the enemy we're fighting. You make people we're trying to help wonder about us. And as they get bolder, the people we're trying to help are going to get more uncertain. I saw this in Iraq. And I'm now seeing it in Syria," he said.

President Trumps decides it is in America’s best interest to leave Syria - and, just like clockwork, “ISIS” launches an attack on American positions ... The exact opposite action of what would be logical for them to do: wait out the American withdrawal.
This attack was a “red flag ops” ...
The Deep State and CIA will stop at nothing to keep the United States in perpetual war. Senator Graham and his fellow subversives at the CIA, FBI, NSA, etc. do not give a rat’s ass how many Americans die as a result ... Just as long as they can keep the Military-Industrial complex business booming, American deaths are “collateral damage.”

We have 100 Senators. Why on earth do we seem to hear from only ONE of them on EVERY subject—Lindsey Graham? Trump can’t blink, smile, or decide what to eat for dinner without Graham pronouncing his opinion about it. Is he qualified to make such a statement about Trump’s intention to withdraw from Syria having emboldened ISIS? I understand that his military service which took him to the Mideast consisted mostly of judicial and teaching work, not combat.

someone please remind Lindsey dear that the US isn’t the only western nation that is engaged in Syria and his comments seem to indicate no faith in our western allies to fight

Some TV commentator claims Trump is blackmailing Lindsey, and like every other good little squeamish, fragile Republican, Lindsey has to come out with some bit of trashing against Trump to show it just isn’t so - they’ll never grow up - how pathetic.....
If Linda were involved in delivering the a “Trojan Horse”, the “Trojan Horse” would certainly resemble a donkey, and Linda would have been chosen by his socialist Uniparty party to play the part of ripe donkey pie at its back side, for “special” effects.

Based on what? Dramatic sayings? He resisted Trump on Trannies. He let women in combat units remain. He let drag queens perform on Navy ships that are ramming into things. He has consistently opposed Trump’s plans to extricate us from the Syrian debacle. The childless never married dude has no problem with homos and stalled Trump’s order ref surveying out all trannies!
He prosecuted Marines who fought exactly the way he talked with that “pleading with tears in my eyes” speech. He exerted command influence to bias the trials against them.
He was silent when Admirals and Generals spoke against him. He let a lesbo run the US Air Force academy.
And then, when Trump stopped listening to his excuses and ordered the withdrawl from Syria, did he stay there and do his best to execute the policy for the benefit of his men? No, lapdog wrote a pissy letter about how America is no better than our alliances and ran away.
Too bad men deployed can’t just pack up and leave when they disagree with a policy.
He fell victim to the childish notion that he would SET national policy rather than execute it well.
BTW, he is smiling a little too much in that photo with Hillary if you ask me.
