SAN SALVADOR/TEGUCIGALPA - At least 150 Salvadoran migrants departed in a group for the United States on Wednesday, the latest in a string of such ‘caravans’ that U.S. President Donald Trump has used to build his case for a wall along the U.S.-Mexican border.
The group, organized through social media, is following in the wake of a larger caravan that departed from Honduras this week.
On Wednesday morning, between 900 and 1,000 Hondurans gathered at the country’s border with Guatemala, waiting to cross en-route to the United States, local police chief Jorge Rodriguez told Reuters.
Several hundred Honduran migrants already entered Guatemala on Tuesday, according to activists traveling with them.
Walking through the streets carrying backpacks and water bottles, the migrants were escorted by immigration authorities and the police.
The Salvadoran government estimates that some 2,700 people have left the country through half a dozen caravans over the past year. About 600 have returned voluntarily, and three have died, according to government figures.

I do not understand how El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico are not considered (by our government) as being complicit in this invasion effort, and are let off the hook.
And I'll agree with them. You know it's an emergency, but you're not doing what needs to be done to divert it. You know darn well that when the caravan gets to the border, the dems will have a judge in place who says they can't be kept out.
When the HAVE-NOTS of Central America saw how well the mass invasion worked in Europe they decided to employ the same tactic against the USA.
Democrats are doing everything they can to keep the borders open and let the invasion hordes overload the immigration system.
Nah.. we increased it exponentially. They just split 10 billion additional US tax dollars with Mexico so our leadership could claim they cant find 5 billion in a fake shutdown.. unless of course they really can’t math.
