Sunday’s injunction against Trump-administration religious-freedom rules is nothing but judicial #Resistance.
It’s déjà vu all over again. A federal judge has blocked a lawful Trump-administration policy, essentially enshrining the Obama administration’s policy choices in social-justice granite. The practical result is a judicial equivalent of a one-way ratchet. The pattern is clear:
Step One: The Obama administration uses its executive power to implement a progressive policy (such as DACA or the contraceptive mandate).
Step Two: The Trump administration uses its executive power to repeal the Obama-administration action and implement a more conservative policy.
Step Three: Progressive plaintiffs file suit in a friendly jurisdiction using dubious legal theories to seek a broad injunction against the Trump-administration action.
Step Four: Progressive judges join the #Resistance, write obviously flawed opinions, and seek to freeze Obama’s policies in legal amber.

Take it to the Supremes.
They are winning some battles, they may not win the war.
It’s not, “lawless”, lawless, it’s us vs. them lawless and Trump is one of ‘them’.

I think what Pres. Trump should do is every time one of these executive branch wannabes issues an order is to tell them we will continue to do what we proposed until the Supreme Court resolves the issue. I guess these judges forgot when Obama said he could use his pen and phone to get around Congress and he did and they didn’t have a problem with that.

Yep, we should have an ongoing list of these traitors to the Constitution.
No, what they’re doing is destroying American one stupid decision at at time.

That only exacerbates the problem. The point is these black robed tyrants weren’t elected to govern. They weren’t elected at all. The courts are completely out of control. Out of order. Outside all bounds of the Constitution.
They need to be ignored or better yet rounded up in the dead of the night.
There must be some case that the Trump Administration can bring to the Supreme Court which will limit the power of federal judges TO THEIR JURISDICTION...so that if some Leftist, “Living Constitution” judge from Hawaii or California makes a ruling, it applies to his/her district ONLY. At some point, these judges HAVE to be exceeding their authority (not to mention being WRONG regarding the power of a President to rescind an E.O. with another E.O.).
Anyone have any insight regarding this?

Congress refuses to impeach these ahole judges and they refuse to rein in the lower courts.
SCROTUS, with John Roberts at the helm, is as big of a problem as the lower courts. IOWs, they’re ALL lawless.
Trump needs to protect the executive’s power under the Constitution by ignoring these SCUMBAGS!! The only power the courts have is that which is ceded to them by the executive and legislature.
President Trump needs to set up a process for fast tracking these lawless rulings to the Supreme Court.
Why?
So the Supreme Court can overturn them as fast as the activist judges make these stupid rulings, which it usually does anyway.
