Theresa May has sustained the heaviest parliamentary defeat of any British prime minister in the democratic era after MPs rejected her Brexit deal by a resounding majority of 230.
Brexit-supporting Conservatives joined with opposition parties and the Democratic Unionist party to trounce the government in the meaningful vote, which the prime minister delayed before Christmas in the vain hope of winning over waverers.

Actually go further back to 1936 when they occupied the Rhineland, with orders to fall back if fired upon, which they weren’t.

Yes, and as I seem to recall, joined on the anti-Trump bandwagon in one form or another. So it’s hard for me to feel sorry for her.

I like it. Hard Brexit.
That ought to tick off the EU.

I listened to a bit of Carlins current events show; I forget the name of it. Didnt care for it. I have no reason to doubt what youve said. But I take people for what they are and, as a history storyteller, Ive heard none better

The problem is she watered Brexit down dramatically.
One would assume they voted against it because it wasn’t “Brexit” any more. It was some bastardized democRAT version.

See...votes REALY don’t matter. What matters is what will happen after they disregard the will of the people.

Didn’t the Brits actually vote to leave the EU? Apparently the will of the people means nothing.

May couldn't get folks to take free bottles of water in the middle of Death Valley in 125o heat. Good riddance.

Will they then go back into the EU and once again be subject to the Muslim invasion? They've had more Muslims, and worse Muslims, than any EU country, they got them on their own.
The UK Muslim problem is their own doing, and has nothing to do with whether or not they are in the EU.

You fake much?
Brexit is not dead. They voted on May's severance deal. Now the will have Brexit without a deal.

Does this mean that the British can fish in their own waters again? They have essentially been banned by the EU.
