The legalization of Hemp in the agricultural bill is absolute madness. This stuff is a deadly narcotic long and properly banned. It is Marijuana.

Marijuana and hemp are related, but hemp contains almost zero THC. You'd have to smoke a bale of it to even get a slight buzz.
