That's where your mom chews all the color out of a piece of cardboard for you then spits it on your plate. At least, it tastes like prechewed cardboard...
Barley, rye, oats, or even cream o wheats in a pinch is better for breakfast and cant imagine why I would eat such a thing any other time.
