Read it and weep. Nationwide injunction issued by Pennsylvania judge. Little Sisters of the Poor and others will now be compelled to provide coverage that includes contraceptives, abortificiants, and sterilization. No way will the current Congress make changes to the ACA to exempt them. This must got to SCOTUS.

And let’s see if Roberts wants this case to be slow walked through the court system up to the USSC like Roberts did with immigration DACA.
That’s what the left wanted, and got. Doesn’t matter that bammy is no longer president. Trump can and will do nothing about this kind of thing.
SCOTUS didn’t rule on it, they returned it to the Appeals Court to “negotiate” more acceptable rules so they wouldn’t have to baldly rule on 1st ammendment grounds.
This Federal Appeals judge is just being an asshat, because the court has changed and when this comes back before them, they are going to bitchslap him hard.
