If only 2 or 3 of the so-called “99 percent of the rank and file” would have stepped forward and claimed that there was a problem...I mean STEPPED FORWARD...going on TV, writing in to newspapers, talking to groups...I would have felt there was some hope for them.
BUT THEY DIDN’T AND I DON’T AND THEREFORE, AGREE, THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENTS MUST BE FUMIGATED. and soon!!!
And I mean PRISON.
Anyone that stepped forward would be whacked and his family put in danger. I think it is fear more than the cravenness. But I could be wrong.
