And those around the DC metro area-— back to their rental units and real estate side bidness-— literally everyone and their spouse are at it in the insanely inflated DC market. The most expensive among all zip codes in the US on housing and other real estate... alone.
Imagine all your renters are coworkers and theyre paying you the gravy to make the rental properties mortgage payments and bingo. No paychecks. Cant evict them while the bank is evicting you. Reminds me of a circular firing squad or jerk or something.
Yes.. and you may have put your finger on just one aspect of this... the “Alinsky-like” gang within our government with coworkers as you say ... owing the “gravy” to the mid level boss man with all the side hustles. How long can they ALL go without money coming in— considering their “credit” overextensions all these people have (the sailboat on the Chesapeake for example, and the insurance required to keep it docked commercially). Very interesting take on this.
And it is impossible to evict when oneself is being foreclosed on.... the House of Cards. Hmmm— this goes on long enough there might be a lot of “distressed” property that fannie mae and freddi mac will not underwrite (one more fedgov nightmare that “must” be funded). FWIW.. online banks we use have put special “govt. shutdown” notices on the online access pages. More proof that we have-— too much dependency on government source money.
When government IS the largest employer— we approach the Soviet Union (churning and the like). Great observation!
Never start negotiating using the other parties “low end” figure...you start with yours...no not even acknowledge their’s...of course it depends on the specifics of the deal..
Like Ricky Roma said in “Glengary, Glenn Ross”...
“You never open your mouth, until you know what the shot is.....You f’ing child!”
Without obtaining any confirming response from Mick Mulvaney President Trump’s chief of staff. During the negotiations with Belosi and Schummer. Based on hearsay, CNN’s Boris Sanchez accuses Trump of using profane language accusing Mulvaney interjecting items not intended to be discussed. Was the Sanchez objective in doing so intending to create an image of an incompetent President over a nationally cable televised event ?
Have you guys seen Clint in “The Mule” yet?
haven’t seen the movie, but you don’t jump in front of Trump at the negotiating table...ever!
