About 18 minutes into video is the lying Democrat.
I think it was Jim Himes, of CT. He seemed to be reality challenged.
Maria had the underwhelming Connecticut Democrat reduced to a shaking bowl of jello when she was done with him. The Congressman kept retreating to his preposterous and indefensible Pelosi talking points. Unfortunately he looked silly and he knew it. Works on ignorant and low info voters (this category includes the press) but not on more intelligent observers. At the end Maria said he could come back later to complete the conversation. He delivered a nervous laugh while wetting his pants.

Several years ago, I saw her on the NYSE floor and it must have been pretty cool, because her “headlights were on bright”, if you get my drift.

1. Find your spot in the video. Right-click on it, and select "copy video URL at current time" from the context menu. You see the result above. "t" is in seconds.
2. Hover your mouse above the red play bar and move it down the line. You will see still shots of the video by frame. I was able to find your point in under 30 seconds, rockinqranch. :-)
