You can be certain that no one who is accusing Jones of “goofing on the graves of dead kids” has any evidence to back that claim up. It doesn’t matter in this case, anymore than it will matter when people associated with Free Republic are prosecuted for being “racists”, White Nationalists™” or whatever the buzz word of the day is.

I am distressed to see so many posters on FR filled with delight over the legal harassment of Jones for exercising his first amendment rights. Even if what he says is completely reprehensible he still has a right to say it, unless we are now living in the European Union.

Those who are going after Jones will be coming for you next.
