Not sure. Prior to the campaign Trump would call into their show every Monday, so I think they were all on good terms.
Kilmeade always seemed pretty conservative to me. Fox must be pushing his buttons. All three on Fox & Friends have been conservative.
Don’t know but he is not a real sharp tack. I do not seen any credentials, experience or anything noteworthy where I or President Trump would stop and listen to what he says.
