Are they having trouble framing the innocent?
Boo hoo. Lies and more lies. I’m sure there are some individuals throughout the agencies, who are struggling. When my children were young, we could not have managed without a paycheck for more than a week, but my husband would have been out stirring up some kind of side work if that had happened. At any rate, yes, there are some, but most aren’t going to be too adversely affected. If you can’t pay your rent or mortgage, and the landlord knows you’re going to get a big back pay check, most will be accommodating. In some states, it takes YEARS to evict someone. Every town has food pantries, and it’s illegal to shut off utilities in the dead of winter.
While they are out of the office is a good time to relocate the office to Fargo, ND.
So now they can justified when they are:
1.) turning a blind eye to
2.) failing to act on a tip or simply failed to act
3.) missing a warning sign or ignoring a warning sign
4.) failing to follow protocol
5.) ordering an investigation stopped
for things like the shootings/bombings/terror training at:
1.) Pulse Nightclub
2.) Las Vegas
3.) San Bernadino
4.) Fort Hood
5.) Chattanooga
6.) Parkland
7.) Garland
8.) Boston Marathon
9.) Little Rock
10.) New York (truck)
11.) New York (Twin Towers)
12.) Chapel Hill (shooting)
13.) Chapel Hill (truck)
14.) New Mexico Compound
I’m sure there’s many more, considering this is just from my own memory and I’m just your average citizen who doesn’t track this stuff.
They’re a crooked bunch of supposed law enforcement thugs and this set-up they did on candidate Trump show just how deep the crooks are embedded.
Having problems collaborating on fake criminal charges, planting/destroying evidence, and colluding on Presidential coups? Poor babies.
Women holding children and old guys in pickup trucks breathe a sigh of relief at not being back-shot by masked fibbies.
Is there a downside to this?

Ever since I watched the FBI ignore and poorly research and identify the recipients of the Marty Frankel embezzlement I have little faith in the efficiency of the department.
