Disturbing images of children warehoused along the border by the federal government emerged on Friday, posted by Breitbart Texas reporter Brandon Darby.

The haunting pictures show a system overwhelmed by children and families detained by Customs and Border Protection, reflecting a growing humanitarian crisis. A spokesperson for CBP did not dispute the authenticity of the photos. “CBP has not officially released any photos at this time in order to protect the rights and privacy of unaccompanied minors in our care,” a statement from CBP read.

The president [ Obama ] acknowledged earlier this week that the situation had reached crisis levels on the border, as children from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador flee deepening poverty and violence.

“I am terribly concerned about the deplorable conditions in which these children are being held. I am troubled by the fact that the photos show children’s faces, especially since many of these children may be victims of trafficking or other serious crimes. Still, these are important photos, and they tell a tragic story: our country is facing a child migration crisis,” she said. “

That is why I’m pleased President Obama and Homeland Security Secretary Johnson have made this crisis a top priority.

"...humanitarian crisis..."

So invaders should stop dragging their kidlets and future anchor babies across a perilous 1000-mile journey.

Something I always wonder. A full 30% of American families have less than 1000 dollars in their bank account. Over the years I have known countless waitresses and other coworkers who get derailed by a car problem, or a medical need that would have been fixed for less than a 1000.
They can’t get an abscessed tooth repaired etc.

So how does everyone in Guatemala and Honduras seem to have the 3000-4000 PER PERSON to pay the cartels to cross their turf and the border in their turf?

Just sayin’

illegals working under the table living numerous people per apt or house or where ever some existing legal family member or” kind hearted” church puts them up and they send south of the border most of the money they earn to get more family money to come north? just one thought.

I knew a farmer years ago in a northern state who built extra space over his farm stand to house illegal workers - the town has been inundated in the last 2 decades. It’s horrible.

also I’ve heard/read some “kind hearted” churches and orgs raise funds for them to come, bring in more family/relatives.

I have wondered the same thing. For that amount of money they could get a passport, visa, and fly first class to the US- then disappear.

Can they get a legal passport if they have no I.D., a lengthy criminal history, and no proof of good health?

They won’t them get on a plane without valid I.D., much less get off here.
