.... Well .... Being from that area .... I am pretty sure that Everett is in Washington State ..... USA"

..... However it should be noted that a lot of this debris does find itself deposited in the Canadian Southwest Coastal regions (Just North of the US Northwest).

.... So these "Feet" could originate from just about anywhere along the Northern Pacific ..... Heck .... Even Japan!!!!

...... There are unusual currents in the ocean along the Pacific Northwest that draws items from all over the North Pacific .....
