My two cents: This is not an immigration issue. this is a central american government corruption issue. Trump needs to call out the leadership of every central american country and mexico and shame them that they cannot lead their people to prosperity. they need to kick them out and imperil women and kids for their own corrupt life. Make Guatemala Great again,etc. the conversation needs to go back to these government leaders. not trump or our stupid politicians.

Seth Meyers, host of "Late Night" on NBC, said the president wants to deliver the speech on Tuesday night "to repeat his lies," and questioned the decision to give him air time.
“First of all, just because Trump wants to address the nation doesn’t mean networks should air it,” Meyers said. "Otherwise, they’re just passing on his lies unfiltered."
"They should either reject him outright, or, if he insists on speaking in primetime, make him do it as a contestant on 'The Masked Singer,'" Meyers joked.
Stephen Colbert, who hosts "The Late Show" on CBS, tweeted Monday night that the network would air the president's speech. He invited to viewers "tune into CBS to See B.S."

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) says he expects President Trump "to lie to the American people" during a primetime address on Tuesday about the partial government shutdown and situation at the southern border.
“I expect the president to lie to the American people. Why do I expect this? Because he has been lying to the American people," Nadler said at a press conference near the border on Monday.
