Granted, it's early January. Even so, we have a strong candidate for 2019's most inane piece of political punditry.
On her MSNBC show Sunday morning, Joy Reid declared that a wall would not affect drug trafficking into the United States because:
"People who are drug traffickers can get on a plane and come."

The scary thing is that she apparently has an audience - hopefully not much of one, but there are some people out there that actually tune in.

She is in effect admitting that the wall will prevent drugs from flowing in across the border.
As for smuggling drugs on a plane, hey, what makes her think that Trump will let that happen?
I hope they do, and then the National Guard can post the nose camera footage of the shoot down.

That would probably happen. Except that the package of drugs that ends up in our country will not be able to register to vote, to draw welfare payments, take jobs from Americans, or drive drunk and kill and innocent or two. If you want to put a deep dent into out drug use problem, you’ve got to go Full Duterte.

I can’t help but wonder how many reporters are on the Cartel payroll.
I’ve come to the conclusion that Joy Reid doesn’t know sh#t about anything.
