It is undeniable scientific fact that, on average, African people score lower on standard IQ tests than the other races. It’s stupid to even argue about it - it just is.
It’s also quite debatable as to what the IQ number really says about intelligence. Early childhood teachers I have talked to say that there is no racial difference in learning ability in the early years - some kids that get more support at home learn faster, but all are capable. I have also talked to high school teachers that see a huge gap between the races.
Let’s face it, you don’t have to be a genius to do well in America’s public schools - just stay awake and try a bit and you got it knocked. The racial gap is more of a cultural thing than IQ - so many of the black kids aren’t interested and put forth no effort to learn, therefore they don’t.

However there are dull children as well as bright ones even in the early years.
There is a lot of evidence that its a cultural effect. And who had a BIG hand in creating present-day African-American culture? White liberals and other “well-meaning” democrats. Liberals hate this type of discussion because close examination of the problem will reveal this.
From personal experience as well as from what I’ve read, actual African people from Africa think a lot of America - US African-American culture...not so much.
